On-Line Coach Supervision 1-2-1 and Group

I offer supervision to practising coaches - please contact me if you would like to discuss options for this, find out more or book a familiarisation/chemistry call.

If you are interested in setting up regular group supervision, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Coaching Supervision covers 4 broad functions:

  • Supportive (Restorative) – Meeting your support needs through providing a space for listening, reflection, questions, feedback, guidance, etc.

  • Developmental (Formative) – Meeting your educative or information needs to help in the further development of your skills, theoretical knowledge, confidence, etc.

  • Quality Assurance (Normative) – Ensuring the work you complete is professional and ethical, operating within whatever codes, laws and organisational norms apply.

  • Business/Commercial - For independent coaches, focusing on all matters relating to your coaching business.

Coaching supervision enables the coach to develop their understanding, awareness, skills and confidence and is as essential for new coaches, as it is for those who are more established in their practice.  Supervision gives you a safe space to reflect on all aspects of your work with coaching clients, and gain support and feedback as part of a learning partnership.

I bring an eclectic style as a coaching supervisor  – using a range of approaches, models and tools - working with the specific needs of the coach (and their clients) in mind.

"I have been working with Christina as my supervisor for more than 6 months now.  She always creates a wonderful virtual space for us to work in - thoughtful, creative and fun.  She brilliantly adapts her style to suit my requirements of the session e.g. whether I want her to be challenging or supportive. Although the space has been primarily reflective, Christina has been willing to provide guidance on specific issues raised which I have really appreciated.  I can thoroughly recommend Christina and look forward to continuing to work with her as my coaching practice develops."  Independent Coach

Supervision can be undertaken on a one-to-one basis and also contracted as pairs or a group.  I supervise both independent coaches and those working within organisations, as part of their wider role.

If you are interested in discussing coaching supervision options with me and/or booking a ‘familiarisation’ call, then please get in touch.

I am a member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors and the Association for Coaching and work to the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors.  You can find details about the Code here.
