Facilitation: High quality and creative facilitation to meet your needs. With years of experience of facilitation of training, I can create something despoke for you. Are you looking for an experienced and creative facilitator for a workshop or event? Do you need some bespoke training designed and delivered to your specifications? As an experienced facilitator and trainer I have designed and delivered a vast range of workshops and training for organisations and businesses - both large and small events as one-offs and multiples. From the outset I will work with you to develop a refined brief and some clear objectives for the assignment so that I can meet your needs fully and successfully. Whether online or in person, I make use of a range of approaches and tools to meet different learner needs and preferences. I work hard to get the best from the participants, and for them to get the most from the event. I'm often told I have good presence as a facilitator, am able to put people quickly at their ease and offer a creative and energised space for learning and development. It creates a dynamic learning and development environment for your whole team, working together with an experienced team coach. Team coaching helps to build a strong collective awareness of the team - its energy, its strength, its challenges - and a much greater understanding and appreciation of each other. Team coaching enables a deeper level of conversation and communication within a team and, through building greater awareness and understanding, increases the team's capability and impact. With strong facilitation skills and a keen understanding of group dynamics, as well as of organisational development, I work with your team to create a dynamic and stimulating environment in which you will learn and grow as a whole team. We will start where you are as a collective, building on existing strengths and awareness. It is an upfront and real intervention, working with what is live in the team, and is a fast moving and efficient coaching approach. Team coaching enables you to reach new heights as a team, and identify and remove barriers to being at your best together as well as individually.

Coach Supervision for Internal Coaches - Assure quality, development and wellbeing of your coaches As a qualified, experienced and accredited Master Coach Supervisor, I can support your internal coaches through regular individual and/or group supervision. Supervision is essential for the development, wellbeing and ethical practice of all coaches. Internal coaches can find it tricky to navigate the different hats they wear and to coach without judgement or own viewpoint within their own organisational context. They need the support to do this well and to manage the weight of it. Through providing regular supervision you are ensuring good quality and safe practice and the sustainability of your internal coaching offer.
