As an experienced facilitator and trainer I have designed and delivered a vast range of workshops and training for organisations and businesses - both large and small events as one-offs and multiples.
From the outset I will work with you to develop a refined brief and some clear objectives for the assignment so that I can meet your needs fully and successfully.
Whether online or in person, I make use of a range of approaches and tools to meet different learner needs and preferences. I work hard to get the best from the participants, and for them to get the most from the event. I'm often told I have good presence as a facilitator and trainer, am able to put people quickly at their ease and offer a creative and energised space for learning and development.
